Maharashtra ATS ne Mumbai se engineering student Ayan Shaikh ko arrest kiya hai. Us par banned terror organisations ISIS aur Jaish-e-Mohammad se judi propaganda material online share karne aur youth ko radicalise karne ka aarop hai. Is case mein uske do aur doston se bhi poochtaach ki ja rahi hai.

ATS ko input mila tha ki kuch log social media aur encrypted messaging platforms ke through banned organisations ki ideology ka propaganda kar rahe hain. Iske baad Kurla, Govandi aur Shivaji Nagar areas mein search operation chalaya gaya jahan se Ayan Shaikh ko pakda gaya.
