Ex-Shiv Sena Corporator Ke Pati Par Mumbai Mein Hamla, 3 Logon Par Case Darj

Shiv Sena ki former corporator Nazia Sofi ke husband Abdul Jabbar Sofi par Monday shaam Jogeshwari (East) ke Jhula Maidan area mein hamla hua. Police ke mutabik, incident ka kaaran civic work ko lekar local dispute tha.

Jab civic workers area mein kaam karne pahunche, tab teen local logon ka Sofi se bahas ho gaya. Bahas badh gayi aur attackers ne Abdul Jabbar Sofi ko thappad aur mukke maar kar gambhir chot pahunchayi.

Abdul Jabbar Sofi ko turant hospital admit karaya gaya, jahan unka ilaaj chal raha hai. Police ne teen attackers ke khilaf case register kar liya hai aur investigation jaari hai.

Deputy CM Eknath Shinde ne Monday night hospital jaakar Sofi se mulaqat ki aur unki tabiyat ka haal poocha.

Police ne confirm kiya ki hamla civic work se judhe local dispute ka nateeja tha, aur sabhi accused ko jaldi custody mein liye jaane ki umeed hai.
