Mumbai ke housing societies ke liye ek badi khushi ki khabar!
Bombay High Court ne ek important ruling diya hai, jismein cooperative housing societies (CHS) ke redevelopment ke liye Registrar of Societies se No Objection Certificate (NOC) lene ki zaroorat nahi hai
Yeh faisla Justice Sandeep V. Marne ke bench ne diya hai, jo Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 ke Section 79(A) par aaya hai.
Ab societies ko bureaucratic rukavaton se azaadi milegi, jisse redevelopment process tezi se hoga aur Mumbai jaise shehar mein purani buildings ko naye banane mein madad milegi.
