Monday ko iss mamle ki sunwai karte hue bench of Justices AS Gadkari aur Kamal Khata ne Election Commission of India (ECI) aur Chief Electoral Officer of Maharashtra ko notice issue kiya

Bombay High Court ne har ek Polling Booth me har ek voter ko 6 Baje ke baad bante gaye total tokens aur har ek Assembly Constituency ke Total tokens ka khulasa karne kaha hai

Petitioner Prakash Ambedkar ne mang kiya hai ke Election Commission agar yeh drtails nahi de sakta toh iss poore election ke process ko void aur illegal declare kiya jaaye
