Ministry of Home Affair Govt of India ne ek latter issue kar ke sabhi states and Union Territory ko bataya ke India main kisi bhi state ke andar ya state to state aane jaane ke liye kisi bhi person ya Goods Vehicle ke liye separate E Permission ki zaroorat nahi hai

Jaise Maharashtra state main ek district se dusre district jaane ke liye E Permission lagta tha

I would like to draw your kind attention to para-5 of these guidelines which clearly state that there shall be no restriction on inter-State and Intra-State movement of persons and goods. No separate permission/ approval/ e-permit will be required for such movements. This includes movement of persons & goods for cross land border trade under Treaties with neighboring countries
