Maharashtra Me Muslim Community Ka 5% Reservation Radd
Muslim community ko diya gaya 5% education aur government jobs ka reservation officially radd kar diya gaya hai. State government ne is baare me revised Government Resolution (GR) jaari kiya hai.
Government order me mention hai ki 23 December 2014 ka 5% reservation decision ab radd maana jayega. Iske baad: Muslim community ke liye chal rahi caste certificate aur caste validity process par bhi brake laga diya gaya hai Special Backward Category-A (SBC-A) ke under milne wali suvidha khatam ho gayi hai

Government aur semi-government jobs me
Educational institutions me admission ke liye
Socially aur educationally backward Muslim group ke liye diya gaya tha
Yeh decision Congress–NCP alliance government ke time liya gaya tha. Us waqt: Maratha community ko 16% Muslim community ko 5% reservation announce kiya gaya tha. Isse total reservation 73% tak pahunch gaya tha. Ab revised order ke baad Muslim reservation officially cancel kar diya gaya hai
