Mithi River Desilting Scam: Sessions Court Ne Shersingh Rathod Ki Bail Kharij Ki

Mithi River desilting scam me arrest kiye gaye Shersingh M. Rathod, jo M/s Maindeep Enterprise ke proprietor hain, unki bail Mumbai Sessions Court ne reject kar di.

Mithi River desilting ka kaam ke dauran corruption aur irregularities ki complaints saamne aayi thi. Investigation me pata chala ki kuch contractors ne ground par proper desilting ki hi nahi, lekin billing full amount ki gayi.

Court ne kaha ki Rathod ne co-accused Ketan Kadam ke saath milkar ek “criminal conspiracy” rachi. Investigation me yeh points saamne aaye:

Fake MoU prepare kiye gaye Kuch MoU un zamin malik logon ke naam par banaye gaye jo ab alive nahi hain Unke signatures forged kiye gaye

Bills me mention kiya gaya ki sludge dumping sites par drop hua, lekin actual me dumping nahi hui

Court ne yeh bhi observe kiya ki Rathod ne Kadam aur unke relatives ke accounts me bade transactions kiye, jisse scam me unki involvement clear hoti hai.
