Supreme Court Ne Mumbai Train Blasts Ke Acquittal Par Lagayi Rok, Lekin Accused Ko Jail Nahi Bhejega

Supreme Court ne 24 July 2025 ko 2006 Mumbai train blasts case mein Bombay High Court ke 21 July ke faisle, jisme 12 accused ko acquit kiya gaya tha, usko stay kar diya.

Justices MM Sundresh aur NK Singh ki bench ne Maharashtra government ki appeal par notice jari kiya, lekin clarify kiya ki 12 accused, jo ab release ho chuke hain, ko wapas jail nahi bheja jayega.

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta ne kaha ki High Court ke kuch observations doosre MCOCA cases par asar daal sakte hain, isliye judgement ko precedent ke roop mein nahi liya jana chahiye.
