BMC ne Kandivali ke Singh Estate mein avaidh aawasiya structures ki tod-phod shuru kar di hai, taaki Magathane se Goregaon tak 120 feet Development Plan (DP) road ban sake

yeh drive Bombay High Court ke October 2024 ke aadesh ke baad shuru hui, jisme BMC ne punarvyavasthaapan ko asambhav bataya tha.

Abhi tak 47 Project Affected Persons (PAPs) ko Kandivali (East) ke Poisar Gaon mein Bitcon Infrastructure project mein lottery ke through rehne ki jagah de di gayi hai.

Baaki 120 PAPs ke liye Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) se final approval ka intezaar hai
