North Mumbai ke Dindoshi Police station ki hadh me rehne wale 30 Yrs old shaks ne apni 9 Yrs old beti ke sath rape kiya jiski complaint maa ne kiya tha

Khabron ke anusar Baap ne apni hi beti ke sath yeh ghinoni harkar June month me kiya tha jab ghar me koi nahi tha, aur kisi ko na batane ki dhamki bhi diya tha

Kuch din baad girl ne yeh baat apni maa ko bataya jisspar maa ne Dindoshi Police station me complaint file kiya

Dindoshi Police station ne Bhartiya Nyay Sahinta under sections 65 (2), 68 (A) aur POCSO act ke tehat mamla darj kar baap ko arrest kiya aur court me pesh kiya
