Darasal Goregaon ke Housing Complex me 2 Logo ne milkar ek Dog ko Bamboo Stick se peeta jis wajah se dog ki death hui.
Video CCTV Footage me kaid hua hai.
Accused Kishan R Bagwat (39) construction site me kam karta hai jiska kahena hai ki, dog ne use bite kiya isliye usne ye kadam uthaya.
Animal Activist ka kahena hai ki Accused ki body par Dog Bite ke koi bhi nishaan nahi.
IPC 429 & Under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960. ke tahet accused ko giraftar kiya gaya hai.
