Mumbai Police Commissioner Hemant Nagrale ne ek letter issue karke mumbai ke sabhi police station ko order diya haibke agar koi injured person complaint karne aata hai toh pehle usko medical treatment memo dekar police station main entry karke ek police constable ke sath hospital le jaya jaye 

Phir complainer ke medical status ke hisab se Hospital jaakar ya wapas Police station bulakar qayde se karwai ki jaye
