Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) ne shikayat milne par trap lagakar Andheri East MIDC Police station ke Constable Amitsham Bharti Gosavi (43yrs) ko Rs 1500/- lete hue range hathon arrest kiya

Andheri East Pump House Jijamata Road Pandey Chawl ke pass Complainant ki lottery ki shop thi jise Covid19 ke chalte pichle Dedh saal se bandh rehne ke baad open kiya tha

Shop open karne ke baad MIDC Police station ke Constable Amitsham Bharti Gosavi ne har month Rs 5000/- dene ki demand ki shop wale ne iss month ka Rs 3500/- diya balance Rs 1500/- lete hue ACB ne range hathon arrest kiya

CR No 42/2021 arrested under under section 7 (Public servant taking gratification other than legal remuneration in respect of an official act) of The Prevention of Corruption Act.
