Jis ki sunwai karte hue Supreme court ke 3 judeges NV Ramanna, Ajay Rastogi aur Vikram Nath ki bench ne Gujrat sarkar ko notice issue karte hue sawal kiya hai ke kiss aadhar par sarkar ne yeh 11 qaidiyon ki saza maaf ki hai
