SIWS College, Wadala Mein Vice Principal Ke Khilaf Teachers Ka Protest.

Wadala ke SIWS Junior College mein aaj dopahar 1:00 baje ek bada protest shuru ho gaya, jo Vice Principal Sheela Krishnan ke khilaf hai. Maharashtra Junior College Teachers Union (MJCTU) ke support mein teachers aur students ne college gate par dharna diya, jahan unhone apni multiple demands aur serious allegations uthaye.
Yeh agitation pehle se chal rahi hai. September ke shuru se hi staff ne Sheela Krishnan ki removal ki maang ki hai, unka kehna hai ki unki wajah se teachers ki unfair dismissals ho rahi hain, students ko harassment face karna pad raha hai, aur college mein hostile environment ban gaya hai.
Teachers ki demands mein sabse pehli hai unfairly dismissed teachers ki reinstatement, yaani jo teachers galat tareeke se nikaale gaye unko wapas laaya jaye. Dusri demand hai 210 Class 11 students ko justice, jinka FYJC (Class 11) mein allegedly revengeful attitude ki wajah se fail kiya gaya, aur unke liye fair treatment aur re-evaluation ki maang ki gayi hai. Teesri demand hai illegal surplus appointments ka cancellation, khaaskar Physical Education department mein galat surplus teacher appointments ko rokna. Chauthi demand hai staff sanction allocations mein irregularities ki investigation, taaki college mein staff posts ke allocation mein agar corruption ya galtiyan hui hain to unki proper jaanch ho.
