Thane ke Kalwa area me apni pehli wife, 2 beti aur dusri wife, 1 beta ke sath rehne wale 42 years old shaks ne 2020 me apni hi beti ke sath Rape kiya tha aur yeh baat kisi ko na batane ke liye dhamkaya bhi tha

Police ne iss mamle ko lekar POCSO ke tehat case darj kiya tha jiski sunwai Thane ke Special POCSO court ke Special POCSO judge D S Deshmukh ne kiya

Court ne tamam saboot aur gawahon ko sunne ke baad 1 baap ko apni hi beti ke rape ke liye doshi paaya aur 20 saal ki saza sunaya

Sath hi Court ne doshi par Rs 20 hazar fine lagaya jise as a compensation Victim ko dene kaha gaya sath hi additional compensation ke liye iss case ko DLSA ke liye refer kiya gaya
