Saudi Arabia ne ‘Kafala System’ Khatm Kiya – Foreign Workers ke Liye Badi Rahat!

Saudi Arabia ke Kafala System ko khatam karne ka step Vision 2030 ka hissa hai. Times of India ke mutabiq, is system ke dauran foreign workers ko apni job change karne, exit visa lene, ya employer ke abuse ke khilaf action lene mein restrictions thi.
Ab 13 million migrant workers, jisme lakhon Indians bhi hain, apni job change aur country chhodne ke liye sponsor ke approval ke bagair kaam kar sakenge. Ye reform workers ke liye legal protection aur freedom laayega aur exploitation kam karega.
Experts ka kehna hai ki ye legal reforms ek historic step hai, lekin domestic workers aur recruitment abuses jaise issues abhi bhi challenges hain.
