Maharashtra Govt Ka Order: 15 January Ko Municipal Elections Ke Liye Employees Ko Paid Leave Dena Hoga

Maharashtra sarkar ne 15 January ko hone wale Municipal Corporation elections ke liye ek important order jaari kiya hai. State government ne kaha hai ki employees ko vote dene ke liye paid leave dena employers ki zimmedari hogi.

Industries aur Labour Department ke under aane wale sabhi establishments par yeh order lagu hoga. Sarkar ka kehna hai ki koi bhi employee vote dene se vanchit na rahe aur unke democratic right mein workplace ke kaaran rukawat na aaye.

Employers ko poora din ka paid leave dena hoga
Agar full day leave possible nahi hai, toh kam se kam 2–3 ghante ka time off dena compulsory hoga
