RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat and UP CM Yogi Adityanath par abusive posts karne ke liye Rapper Singer Hard Kaur par Deshdroh ka mamla
Rapper Singer Hard Kaur (Tarun Kaur Dhillon) ne 18 June ko apne Instagram par RSS Cheif Mohan Bhagwat and UP CM Yogi Adityanath par Objectionable words post kiya jispar Varansi ke ek lawyer Shashank Shekar ne Sedition (Deshdroh) ka mamla darj kiya
FIR against the rapper was filed by a lawyer from Varanasi Shashank Shekhar, under IPC Sections 124A (sedition), 153A (promoting enmity between different groups on ground of religion), 500 (defamation), 505 (intent to incite) and Section 66 of the IT Act
The complaint was filed against Kaur because of the posts on her social media accounts that referred to the UP CM as 'rapeman' and blamed the RSS for Hemant Karkare’s death.
She also accused RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat for numerous terrorist attacks in India including the 26/11 Mumbai and the Pulwama
