Ek Sensational Case Mein, Mumbai Ke Kurla Vinoba Bhave Nagar Police Ne 22-Year-Old Naushad Israr Ahmed Ko, Jo Teen Saal Se Ek Minor Ke Sexual Assault Case Mein Absconding Tha, Gujarat Ke Vadodara Se Arrest Kar Liya.
Reports Ke Mutabiq, Naushad Ne Police Se Bachne Ke Liye 65 SIM Cards Aur Fake Identities Ka Use Kiya, Aur Gujarat, Rajasthan, Delhi, Aur Uttar Pradesh Mein Chhup Kar Rehta Tha.
Yeh Case 18 July 2022 Ko Kurla Vinoba Bhave Nagar Police Station Mein Register Hua Tha, Jab Ek 14-Year-Old Ladki Ke Saath Sexual Assault Ka Aarop Laga.
Naushad Par Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Ke Sections 74, 77 Aur 103 Ke Saath Protection Of Children From Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act Ke Sections 4, 8 Aur 12 Ke Under Charges Lage.
