Asaram Bapu ke bete Narayan Sai ko Rape case me mili Lifetime ki saza
Darasal Surat me rehne waali do sisters ne Asaram Bapu aur uske bete Narayan Sai par 2002 se 2005 ke bich Ahmedabad Ashram me repeatedly rape karne ka aarop lagaya tha.
Session Court ne Sai ko rape case on April 26 me convicted paya under IPC sections 376 (rape), 377 (unnatural offences), 323 (assault), 506-2 (criminal intimidation) and 120-B (conspiracy) aur victim ko 5 lakh Rs ka compensation dene ka aadesh diya.
Sath hi Narayan Sai ke 3 aides, Dharmishtha alias Ganga, Bhavna alias Jamuna and Pavan alias Hanuman, ko 10 years each sentenced kiya aur driver bhi convicted hai under IPC Section 212 (harbouring an offender).
Asaram Bapu pehle hi Rajasathan ki Jodhpur jail me lifetime ki sazaa kaat rahe hai rape case me.
