Elphinstone Road ke aas-paas rehne wale logon ne protest kiya hai. Unka kehna hai ki Sewri–Worli Elevated Corridor ke construction ke kaaran unki purani aur kamzor buildingon me baar-baar kampan (vibrations) ho rahe hain, jo unke liye khatarnak ho sakte hain.

Construction work me bridge ke approach ramp ​aur demolition ka kaam chal raha hai, jisse zameen me vibration badh gayi hai.

Rehnewalon ka kehna hai ki buildings pehle se hi purani aur deteriorated hai, aur ab baar-baar kampan hone se unka structure aur zyada darawna ho gaya hai.

Protest me lagbhag 50 log shamil hue the jo site ke nazdeek mile, aur unhone demand ki hai ki MMRDA ya construction authority unki safety ka assurance de.
