International Court of Justice (ICJ) ne apni opinion me kaha hai ki Israel ko Gaza me Palestinians ko humanitarian aid provide karna chahiye aur bhook ko war weapon ke taur par use nahi kar sakta. Court ne ye bhi clarify kiya ki Israel ne ye prove nahi kiya ki UNRWA ke zyada members ka Hamas se connection hai.
