117 prominent figures from India and Pakistan have reopened the wounds of the Pahalgam attack victims!
117 prominent figures from India and Pakistan have written a letter to PM Modi and Shehbaz Sharif urging for an improvement in relations between the two nations; 61 Indians are among the signatories. The letter advises India to extend a hand of friendship to Pakistan, but the question arises: should India do so while overlooking the wounds inflicted by Pakistan—such as the 26/11 and Pahalgam attacks? To understand this perspective, we spoke to Asavari Jagdale, who lost her father in the Pahalgam attack; she questioned why such a letter was not written when people in our country were being martyred at the hands of Pakistani terrorists.
