Desk: The case regarding Disha Salian’s death in 2020 is back in the spotlight following orders for a CBI probe. On September 2, 2026, the Bombay High Court directed the CBI to register an FIR and investigate all aspects of the case, noting that no one should be considered an accused until sufficient grounds are established during the investigation.
