Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray ne August 11, 2025 ko Election Commission (EC) par gussa nikala, jab Delhi Police ne Congress ke Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, aur kai opposition MPs ko ek protest march ke dauraan detain kiya.
Yeh march Parliament se EC headquarters tak ja raha tha, jismein opposition ne Bihar ke electoral rolls ke Special Intensive Revision (SIR) aur alleged ‘vote chori’ ke mudde uthaye
Thackeray ne X par post karke EC ko ‘fraud’ kaha aur kaha ki yeh arrests dikhaati hain ki India “democracy se ek kadam door dictatorship ki taraf” badh raha hai.
