SP supremo Akhilesh Yadav has once again raised the political temperature with his statements. He claims that the ‘PDA’ is being persecuted under the Yogi administration. Yadav alleges that the Chief Minister’s STF—which he terms a “Same-Caste Torture Force”—is continuously harassing the PDA. In essence, Akhilesh Yadav has set out to drive a wedge among the ‘Savarnas’ (upper castes), who constitute the BJP’s core voter base.
