2)  Shops related to agricultural implements and farm produce , Pet food shops , Shops related to materials for impending rainy season for individuals as well as for organisations to be open only between 7 AM to 11 AM

Home delivery from these shops ko allow kiya gaya hai between 7 AM to 8PM 
(Lekin yeh Timings ko local authority change kar sakte hai)

 3. Agar Local Authorities ko koyi essential changes karna hai toh  State Disaster Management Authority ke Permission ke bagair nahi kar sakte
