AUTO RICKSHAW PERMIT KE LIYE MARATHI LANGUAGE COMPULSURY NAHI Bombay High Court ne kaha
Mira Bhayender Republican Rickshaw Chalak Malak Union , Afroz Malik (Jai Ho Foundation) & others ne Transport Department ke Circular ko Challenge kiya tha.
Transport Department Circular tha ki 1st November 2016 se New Auto rickshaw permit sirf Marathi bolne aur samajne wale ko hi milaygi.
Aaj Division bench Justice A.S Oka aur Justice Anuja Prabhudessai ne Transport Department ke Circular ko illegal karar diya.
Saath hi High Court ne State Government ko 2 Months ke ander , Auto passenger ki Safety aur Drivers ki Complaint ke liye Helpline number bhi start karne ka order diya hai.
