SC ne pehle kaha tha ki dono party apas me samjhauta karke faisla le, par ispe bhi koi faisla nahi huwa.
Wahi Babri Masjid case ke main petitioner Hashim Ansari ke bete Iqbal Ansari ne SC se guhaar lagai ki Subramanian Swamy ka is case se koi lena dena nahi hai aur court ka faisla sabuto ke aadhar pe hona chahiye.
