Bandra Cheating Case: Developer Niraj Kakad Par Fresh FIR, Hotelier Se ₹9.3 Crore Ka Fraud

Bandra Police ne developer Niraj Kakad aur unki company ke khilaf ₹9.3 crore cheating ka fresh FIR register kiya hai.

Complainant Shahid Shaukat Sarkar (46), jo Bandra West ke hotelier hain, unhone aarop lagaya ki loan aur property deal ke naam par unse croreon rupaye liye gaye, lekin repayment nahi kiya gaya.

FIR Ke Mutabik 2014 me ₹8 crore loan liya gaya (12% interest par), Interest 2015 tak diya gaya, phir default shuru
2017 me aur ₹1.3 crore liya gaya, Total amount ₹9.3 crore ho gaya

Multiple follow-ups aur legal notice ke baad victim ne 2025 me police complaint file ki, jiske baad FIR register hua.

Police ke mutabik, Kakad par pehle se bhi multiple cheating complaints hain, aur wo ek aur case me already bail par hai.
