Bhiwandi Additional District and Sessions Court ne 40 saal ke Raju Ansari alias Shivshankar alias Raju Lalman Singh ko apni wife Tarannum ko zinda jalane ke case mein life imprisonment ki saza sunayi hai.

Court ne us par ₹5,000 ka fine bhi lagaya hai. Fine nahi bharne par use additional 6 mahine ki simple imprisonment hogi. Ye judgment Judge N. K. Karande ne sunaya h.

Prosecution ke mutabik, ye incident 6 October 2015 ki raat Fenegaon, Bhiwandi mein hua tha. Raju allegedly alcohol peene ke baad ghar aaya tha. Tarannum ne apni beti ke liye chicken alag rakhkar rakha tha. Raju ke woh chicken kha lene ke baad dono ke beech jhagda hua.

Prosecution ka kehna hai ki behas badhne ke baad Raju ne Tarannum ko ghar se bahar nikala, us par kerosene daala aur aag laga di.

Tarannum ko severe burn injuries hui aur treatment ke dauran unki maut ho gayi. Incident ke baad accused allegedly wahan se bhaag gaya tha aur police ne use 17 October 2015 ko arrest kiya.

Case ki investigation Bhiwandi City Police Station ke officers ne ki thi. Trial ke dauran prosecution ne witnesses aur doosre evidence court ke saamne pesh kiye. Evidence ko consider karne ke baad court ne Raju Ansari ko guilty maana aur life imprisonment ki saza sunayi.

Dosto batadein ki Ye conviction incident ke lagbhag 11 saal baad aayi hai.
