Central deputation ke liye pichle saal March me unhone apply kiya tha. Jiske baad, government ki Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) ne unke application ko manzuri di. Ve ab Mumbai Anti-Narcotics Cell ke naye DCP hoge.
Maharashtra ke Akola se BE ki degree prapt hai unhe. Bihar state me Patna, Munger, Jamalpur, Araria, Purnia me SP reh chuke hai Lande.
Reports ke anusar, Lande apni salary ka 60% gareeb ladkiyo ki shaadi byah ke liye donate karte hai.
