Blinkit Bhiwandi Par FDA Ka Bada Action, ₹32.71 Lakh Ke Expired Food Ka Disposal Proof Nahi Mila, Licence Suspend, FIR Darj

FDA ki press note ke mutabik, 21 October 2026 ko Bhiwandi ke Pagaon mein Blink Commerce Private Limited ke premises par inspection ki gayi.

Inspection mein 18,405 expired, kharab aur bechne ke layak nahi rahe food items ke records mile, jinki keemat lagbhag ₹32.71 lakh thi.

FDA ke mutabik, company yeh sabit karne ke liye satisfactory proof pesh nahi kar saki ki in food items ko authorised tareeke se destroy ya dispose kiya gaya tha.

Company stock ke transportation records, CCTV footage, e-way bills aur final disposal certificates bhi pesh nahi kar saki.

Iske baad FDA ne 22 October ko company ka Food Business Licence suspend kar diya. Food Safety Officer ki complaint par 23 October ko Bhiwandi Taluka Police Station mein FIR darj ki gay

Iske alawa FDA ki 7 special teams ne 14 aur 15 October ko Bhiwandi, Ambarnath, Chakan aur Nighoje mein inspections ke dauran kul ₹48.09 lakh ke expired aur kharab food stock ka pata lagaya.

FDA ki report ke mutabik, Nighoje mein Reliance Consumer Products, Reliance Retail, Zomato Hyperpure aur Blinkit Commerce ke premises ke food business licences bhi suspend kiye gaye hain.

Ab FDA is baat ki jaanch kar rahi hai ki disposal ke liye bheje gaye expired food items sach mein destroy hue the ya intermediaries ke zariye dobara market mein beche gaye.
