BMC ka crackdown: Dadar mein illegal hawkers par action, Commissioner ka surprise inspection

(BMC) ne Bombay High Court ke directions ke baad poore shehar mein encroachment hatao abhiyan shuru kiya hai. Is drive ke tahat Dadar, Parel, Matunga jaise areas mein footpaths aur public spaces se illegal hawkers ko hataya ja raha hai.

Municipal Commissioner Bhushan Gagrani ne surprise inspection kiya aur ground par chal rahe action ka review kiya. Unhone local traders aur residents se baat karke unki concerns bhi suni.

BMC ka kehna hai ki: Bade roads aur narrow footpaths clear kiye jayenge, Flyovers ke neeche ke areas saaf honge Hospitals, schools aur railway stations ke paas encroachment nahi hoga, Kuch jagahon ko “vendor-free zones” declare kiya gaya hai
