Samartha Drushti Developers ne Gurukripa Septic Tank Society Pant Nagar Ghatkopar mai aaj Illegal demoltion kiya. Snr Citizen lady aur us ke bete ko bhi Developer ke Gundo ne maara – Alledge Sr Citizen

Today in early morning hours Developer forcefully demolished Residential cum Commercial  Structure of Petitioner – Senior Citizen at Pant Nagar Ghatkopar without following due procedure of law, despite writ petition pending in the High Court wherein notice was issued to Developer and MHADA by the High Court.

We will initiate proceedings for restoration, damages, as well as criminal proceedings against Developer and his goons for this illegal, criminal act.
