Flights aboard Marine One for US President Donald Trump from the White House South Lawn are set to become even more special, as the new helipad—which had been a topic of discussion for quite some time—is now fully complete. Trump inaugurated the new helipad and took his first flight in Marine One from this very spot. The cost of this new circular helipad is approximately $5 to $6 million (roughly ₹57 crore). It features an engraved White House seal at its center and is constructed using special, polished granite sourced from California.
