CBI Cracks Down on Bhagwant Mann’s OSD; Congress Demands CM’s Resignation; BJP and SAD Also Target Him

Desk: The CBI has taken major action against Rajbir Ghuman, the OSD to Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. As part of an investigation into corruption allegations, the agency conducted raids at eight locations, including the Chief Minister’s camp office in Chandigarh. The CBI has also registered an FIR against six individuals, including Ghuman. This move has heated up the political atmosphere in Punjab; while Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has dismissed the action as politically motivated ahead of the elections, the BJP, Akali Dal, and Congress have raised questions directed at the Chief Minister.
