Delhi ki Patiala Court ne 4 accused ke khilaf IPC sec. 420, 468, 471 and Under the prevention act sec 120 B.
September 2003 me Mohankumar ke naam par Passport and Tourist Visa par Chhota Rajan Australia gaya tha jaha wo 12 saal raha.
Chhota Rajan filhal Tihar Jail me hai.
