CJP founder Abhijit Deepke taken into police custody in Delhi; was organizing a ‘Tiranga Yatra’ without permission

Desk: Abhijit Deepke, founder of the ‘Cockroach Janta Party’ (CJP), has been taken into custody by the Delhi Police while he was preparing to hold a ‘Tiranga Yatra’ (Tricolor March). He was detained by the police shortly after leaving his home for the event. Prior to this, the Delhi Police had issued a notice instructing him not to conduct the march in the vicinity of Connaught Place and Central Park. According to the police, Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) is currently in force in the area, and no permission had been obtained for the march.
