CM Yogi’s decision in UP: Sell adulterated paneer, cream, ghee, chhena, or khoya, and face severe consequences…
The Yogi government is set to crack down on those selling adulterated products in Uttar Pradesh. The state’s markets are currently flooded with fake paneer, khoya, and other dairy products, making it difficult to distinguish the genuine from the counterfeit. Taking strict action, the Yogi government has prohibited the sale of such adulterated dairy products, including paneer, ghee, and khoya. A complete ban has been imposed on the manufacture, storage, and open sale of all types of ‘analog’ dairy products across the state. Under the government’s directive, items such as analog paneer, analog cream, analog ghee, analog chhena, analog khoya, and other counterfeit dairy products can no longer be produced or sold in the market.
