Congress attacks PM Modi’s task force; Jairam Ramesh takes a dig, calling them “friends”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has constituted a high-powered task force, headed by Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani, to bring about examination reforms and ensure transparency in the NTA. The task force includes several experts, such as former ISRO Chairman S. Somanath, former IB chief Tapan Deka, and IIT Madras Director V. Kamakoti. However, the Congress has launched a scathing attack on this decision, describing it as a “high-powered attempt to repair the Prime Minister’s tarnished image.”
