Delhi High Court ne Vi-John Healthcare ko badi rahat di hai, Dabur India ke trademark infringement suit mein ₹12 lakh ka fine hata diya!

Justice Tejas Karia ne trial court ke order ko set aside kiya, jisme Vi-John par har din ke delay ke liye ₹25,000 ka cost lagaya gaya tha kyunki unhone Written Statement time par file nahi kiya.
Court ne kaha ki yeh cost “disproportionate” tha, kyunki delay parties ke amicable settlement ke efforts ke wajah se hua tha.
Dabur ne claim kiya tha ki Vi-John ke toothpaste ka packaging unke Meswak toothpaste se deceptively similar hai, aur “MISWAK” word ka descriptive use bhi objectionable tha.
