Debate erupts over green, red, and saffron; BJP hits back at Akhilesh’s statement

Desk: Political rhetoric in Uttar Pradesh has now intensified over the issue of colors. Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav released a video discussing the colors green and red; linking them to his party’s flag, he took a political dig at the BJP. The BJP retaliated against Akhilesh’s remarks. Minister Dayashankar Singh targeted the SP over the color red and the red cap, while Minister Dinesh Pratap Singh stated that in politics, it is service to the public—not color—that matters.
