Delhi danga mamla: Tahir Hussain ko 2 saal ki jail, ₹10,000 ka jurmana.

Delhi ki Karkardooma Court ne 16 October 2026 ko Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) ke former councillor Tahir Hussain ko 2020 ke North-East Delhi riots se jude ek case mein 2 saal ki rigorous imprisonment aur ₹10,000 jurmane ki saza sunayi.

Court ne unhe danga karne mein madad karne ka doshi thehraya. Court ke mutabik, 24 February 2020 ko rioters ne Tahir Hussain ke ghar ki chhat ka istemal karke logon aur aas-paas ki properties par pathar phenke the. Is case mein court ne 10 October ko unhe doshi karar diya tha.

Tahir Hussain pehle hi Intelligence Bureau officer Ankit Sharma ke murder case mein life imprisonment ki saza kaat rahe hain. Yeh 2 saal ki saza ek alag case mein sunayi gayi hai.
