Adverse weather conditions persist across several districts of Uttarakhand. The Kedarnath Yatra has restarted, and the movement of pilgrims continues safely past the damaged section near Chirbasa on the trekking route to the Kedarnath shrine. Meanwhile, due to continuous heavy rainfall in the state, water levels in rivers and streams are rising in Dehradun as well.
