Friday ko hui iss ghatna ki shikayat Jha Niwas ke locals aur Animal Welfare officer ki madad se Virar Police station main darjnki gayi
Virar Police ne Rakesh Sahani par under section IPC 429 and 11 (1) (a) Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act 1960 ke tehat mamla darj kiya
