Double Murder in Sultanpur: Couple Killed with Axe and Spade; Shockwaves Spread

A school principal and his wife have been brutally murdered in Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The incident came to light on Tuesday morning when the school driver arrived to collect the vehicle keys. The principal, Mukesh Singh, was posted at the Composite School in Khanuhat, while his wife, Vinita, ran a private school in the same area. Vinita had also contested the previous Zila Panchayat election. The incident has caused a stir in the locality. Upon receiving the news, police and administrative officials rushed to the scene. The police have sent the bodies for a post-mortem examination. According to SP Vineet Jaiswal, “We received information this morning about the discovery of the couple’s bodies. Our field unit team is present at the site. Several teams have been constituted, and work on the case is proceeding rapidly. We have also contacted the family members, and the case will be solved soon.”
