The agitation by JPSC and JSSC students continues at the Jaipal Singh Munda Stadium in Ranchi, Jharkhand; Sunday marked the 23rd day of the protest. Actress Kunika Sadanand also visited the protesting students on Sunday to show her support amidst allegations of irregularities in recruitment examinations. She urged the government to adopt a transparent and accountable approach regarding the students’ demands. The protesters labeled Rahul Gandhi a deceiver, stating that while he claims to stand with students, he neither visited the site nor managed to get their demands accepted. The students warned CM Hemant Soren to yield to their demands, cautioning that otherwise, he would be unable to contain the situation on August 20.
