Darasal Non Cess Bldg Ko MHADA ka repairs ka funds Nahi milta tha jis ke Wajah se Old Dangerous and Dialapted Bldgs Repairs nahi ho Sakti thi
Is Liye Govt ne Developers and Builders ke liye 50 % FSI allot Kiya hai jis se Redevelopment ka Raasta Khul Jayenga
